With over 10 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and three years as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients across both major gym franchises and independent studios. My passion is helping people achieve real results, no matter their starting point. I genuinely care about your fitness journey and strive to make every session both effective and enjoyable. Where is Harte Fitness?

We are located in Paddington basin in The Point building.

With just a few minutes walk from the Hammersmith & City line exit. Turn right from the exit and over the bridge next to Gail's and you will find the entrance to The Point building with revolving doors right behind the the food truck.

Alternatively, We are just a 10 minute walk from Edgeware Road Station on the other side of Paddington Basin.

There is a large reception area and help desk to assist you at your arrival.
